These are the other baby talking Tattletails that appear in the game.
Yellow Talking Tattletail
Appearance
The yellow Talking Tattletail is a toy that was made for children in 1998. It can lay eggs, and can see very well in the dark despite being afraid of the dark, much like the purple Tattletail and the cyan/blue Tattletail. It also likes playing hide and seek. One of the yellow Tattletails in the game has the given name Butternut.
As the photo in the bedroom shows two children in the family, it is possible that one of the yellow Tattletails (likely Butternut) was meant for the protagonist's sibling.
Cyan/Blue Talking Tattletail
The cyan/blue Tattletail is a toy that was made for children in 1998. It can lay eggs, and can see very well in the dark despite being afraid of the dark, much like the purple Tattletail.
Appearance
The cyan Tattletail is a cyan-coloured Tattletail.
Regular Campaign
December 23, 1998
Butternut is in the garage talking to the purple Tattletail. When the player picks up the purple Tattletail, they need to interact with Butternut to start. He will hide in a specific area (different each time) and the player must survive being hunted by Mama for 30 seconds, then a minute, and then a minute and a half. When Butternut is found 3 times, the hide and seek game ends.
December 24, 1998
Butternut sits on one of the chairs in the basement. After placing the purple Tattletail on the charging stand, the player needs to find another yellow Tattletail underneath the Christmas tree in the sitting room. Both yellow Tattletails partake in the seance once the player gathers all the "party" supplies.
A cyan/blue Tattletail sits on one of the chairs in the basement. After placing the purple Tattletail on the charging stand and a yellow Tattletail on either of the empty chairs, the player needs to find another cyan/blue Tattletail in the garage. Both cyan/blue Tattletails partake in the seance once the player gathers all the "party" supplies.
Kaleidoscope Campaign
December 24, 1998
Butternut, Blue Tattletail, and Mama can be found in the basement, having a tea party instead of a ritual. Put Tattletail on the plate, and the player gets a letter.
December 23, 1998
After waking up, the player should head through the kitchen, where Butternut can be found crying and complaining that his egg is gone, and Mama Tattletail will be consoling him. The blue Tattletail will be in the garage, with the stolen egg. Open it to receive yet another letter.
December 22, 1998
After switching off Mama in the basement, her chase music will begin to play, but the player won't be in any danger. Go upstairs to the sitting room to find Mama Tattletail having gifted an egg each to Butternut and the cyan/blue Tattletail. The blue one will be crying about his egg having broken so fast. Read the letter.
December 21, 1998
After switching the washing machine off, Butternut and a blue Tattletail can be found in the nearby room, having fixed a vase with bandages. Mama Tattletail congratulates them, with the promise of treats. Smash the vase and read the letter.
Dialogue
The yellow Tattletail has unique quotes in the regular campaign and the Kaleidoscope campaign (in which he is referred to as Butternut), where as the cyan Tattletail only has unique quotes in the expansion.
